A major hurdle when ordering gemstones online is that you don't know exactly what stone you'll receive. Almost all images of gemstone products are sample photos and describe the average quality and size of a stone. Natural gemstones are extremely diverse, and no two are alike, much like snowflakes. Each individual stone is a beautiful, unique piece.

We use our intuitive approach when selecting gemstones for your order, and in most cases, we make a good selection. However, we would like to offer you the opportunity to choose your stones yourself!

We offer you the option to add the WhatsApp photo service to your shopping cart for every order. Simply add the option to your shopping cart once. This option will then apply to all items for which the photo service makes sense.

For items that offer a wide variety, such as donut stones or drop pendants, we will send you a selection of images. These stones will then be reserved for you, and you will have the opportunity to choose your perfect favorite from this selection.

We don't normally send pictures of items like rough stones or tealight holders, as the variations aren't as great. If you specifically request it, we're happy to make an exception.

You add the "WhatsApp Photo Service " product to your shopping cart. We charge a service fee of €2.00. This fee covers the costs incurred.

We'll then send you a selection of images of all the products you're interested in via WhatsApp. You can then choose your personalized stone from a selection of usually five, which we'll then ship to you.

After your purchase, please tell us in the message field or via WhatsApp which products you would like to see a selection of.
