A major hurdle when ordering gemstones online is that you don't know exactly which stone you will receive. Almost all product images are sample photos and represent the average quality and size of a stone. Natural gemstones are extremely diverse, and no two are alike — much like snowflakes. Each individual stone is a beautiful one-of-a-kind.

When selecting the gemstones for your order, we proceed intuitively and, in most cases, make a good selection. Nevertheless, we would like to offer you the opportunity to choose your stones yourself!

You have the option to add the WhatsApp image service to your cart for every order. It’s enough to add the option once — it will then apply to all items in your order where the image service makes sense.

For items with great diversity — such as donut stones or drop pendants — we will send you a selection image for each. These stones will then be reserved for you, and you can choose your perfect favorite stone from the selection.

For items like raw stones or tealight holders, we usually do not send images, as the variations are not that significant. However, we are happy to make an exception upon your request.

You add the product "WhatsApp Image Service" to your shopping cart. The service package automatically adjusts to the number of your eligible items:

• Small (1–3 items) — €2.99
• Medium (4–6 items) — €4.99
• Large (7–9 items) — €6.99
• XL (from 10 items) — €8.99

After the purchase, we will send you a selection of images of all the products you requested via WhatsApp. From a selection of usually 5 stones per item, you can then choose your personal favorite stone, which we will then ship.

The service fee covers our effort for selection, photography, and reservation.

Important: Stones from a preliminary request are not automatically reserved for you. They remain available for regular sale until you actually place an order and have the picture service in your cart. Only then will we take your desired stones out of sale for you.

This way, we ensure that no stones are blocked for weeks — and that your favorite stone is guaranteed to be on its way to you as soon as you book the service.

After your purchase, let us know in the message field or via WhatsApp which products you would like a selection picture of. Typically, we send selection pictures for stones with high variation — e.g. donuts, drop pendants, tumbled stones, palm stones.
