Before you initiate a return, please read this guide. In many cases, you may not even need to initiate a return, as we can reach an environmentally friendly agreement. Please feel free to contact us.
If an item has been damaged in transit , you do not need to return it. In this case, we will send you the damaged items and contact the relevant delivery service to compensate you for the costs.
If you have a If you wish to complain about an item , for example because the elastic band on a bracelet is torn, please contact us beforehand. A photo is usually sufficient as proof, and the defective product does not need to be returned.
If you don't like a gemstone product , you are welcome to return it for a refund. We will refund the purchase price using the same method used to pay. In this case, the buyer is responsible for postage. This is stated in the terms and conditions, which are accepted upon purchase. We do not offer free return labels in this case. On the one hand, we want to avoid potentially avoidable returns, and on the other hand, we ship all our orders free of charge, regardless of the order value, and therefore consider it fair to share the costs in this way.
Because our gemstones are natural products , no two are alike. In our product images, we strive to present you with the best and most authentic representation possible. However, we also recognize that in some cases, the stone sent to you may not be a perfect fit. In this case, we will be happy to replace the gemstone. Use our WhatsApp photo service here (even before purchase). We can send you a selection of stones currently in stock, along with current photos, so you can choose your very own.
We have voluntarily increased the right of withdrawal to 1 month . You can return your order within this period for a refund without giving any reason.
